Remember the septic problems? Well, today is the day to take the band-aid fix off and correctly repair the break in the pipe. 
(You may recognize this as the beautiful 'park-like' view from yesterday)
The backhoe arrived this early morning and the Daves have been busy ever since - it has turned into a bigger job than anticipated. (Are we surprised?)
These action photos tell the story more eloquently than words could. Needless to say, the outhouse is back in action; and we have washed the dishes in the backyard today. It is just like camping!
