Dave's BunsDave was cook tonight. He wanted hamburgers but buns couldn't be had within a 30 mile radius so he decided to make them from fresh bread dough which he started at 12:30 p.m. - how cool is that?!
The buns were tiny and tall (Dad used two buns to his one burger patty), and maybe a little bit dark on the bottoms but SO delicious. After a little tweaking of the shape and size, we may decide never to use stale, squished, store bought buns again!

I've been doing a fair bit of burger-cooking myself. Nice work on the hamburger buns, Dave.
Also, Krista and I enjoyed some Vietnamese coffee at home last night, and it reminded me of you guys.
