Three - count them 3 - trojan horses removed from your computer and your whole operating system reloaded and registered; that is about 6 hours work by the wonderful Ron Cleveland, in town. These bad viruses were allowed in by my trusty Norton Internet Security program (which cost me $60.00). Bad Norton, very bad.

I have also learned that when you backup your 'documents' file, it doesn't back up your many, many (probably too many) bookmarked internet sites, your beloved games or much of anything else...just documents.

Apparently, it is only in the city - where a fix of this magnitude costs $250.00 - that you also get your programs back...sigh...
