Well, it's not really my first but it HAS been about 25 years. 
I've had such a wonderful year re- discovering all these wonderful dairy delights; ice cream is my favorite. And NOW lasagne - it was beautiful: brown crusty cheese around the edges of the pan, soft gooey middle with a nice spicy meat sauce. It was a fun dinner; broJer brought a bottle of red wine, we had a HUGE salad, and it was snowing outside!
